Group Supervision

For School Counsellors

Book Now

School counsellors don’t have to work in isolation.

Sharing perspectives with colleagues enriches your practice in ways individual supervision can’t.

Whether you're new to school counselling or an experienced practitioner, Group supervision offers school counsellors the powerful combination of professional development, peer learning, and collaborative support.

This format is ideal for wellbeing teams within the same school, counsellors across different states wanting to connect, or professionals in the same catchment area seeking local collaboration.

Group supervision provides diverse insights, reduces isolation, and creates a trusted professional community at a more accessible cost than individual sessions.

Connect regularly.

With regular group supervision, counsellors meet for 2-hour sessions, typically monthly.

These are closed groups – usually consisting of 4-5 counsellors – where the same members attend each session. This allows trust and psychological safety to deepen over time. Groups can form organically (you bring your colleagues) or I can match you with compatible professionals at similar career stages.

We're counsellors from different states – can we still form a group?

Yes!
