Sinek’s Golden Circle

Great leaders, according to Sinek, begin with their core purpose - their "WHY."

This contrasts with most people's approach of focusing first on external actions and methods, the ‘WHAT’ and the ‘HOW’, rarely reaching the fundamental purpose at the centre.

By starting with and staying true to their WHY, exceptional leaders build outward from this foundation. Sinek challenges us all. He suggests we fall short of being able to articulate our WHY.

He suggests that if we can clearly articulate our WHY, with words and feelings, it guides us to know what helps us feel fulfilled. And that contributes to our wellbeing.
