As the Founder of Refresh Reset, I dedicate my expertise to nurturing the wellbeing of education professionals through supportive supervision, both in Australia and worldwide.
Drawing on my roles as a Counselling Lecturer, Education-focused Academic at Deakin University, Registered Teacher, PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor, and my 25-year journey in education, I understand firsthand the unique challenges faced by school counsellors and educators.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to fostering psychological wellbeing and professional growth in educational settings. By combining academic insight with practical experience, I help create stronger, more resilient educational communities.
