Oprah’s Super Soul podcast is one of my favourites. Each time I listen, I align with the tender component of the conversation.

Recently, I was struck by Brene Brown’s definition of connection:

Connection is the energy that is created between people when they feel seen, heard and valued and when they can give and receive without judgement.

RECEIVE

NO JUDGEMENT
